We'll need to know the date you are moving out (service stopped) and contact details so we can send you your final bill.
If you have a smart meter you don't need to do anything as we'll get your reading automatically. If your meter isn't smart, please call us on 0203 603 6011 and we'll record the meter read.
If you final meter reading seems unusual compared to what you've typically used at this address, we may need to send a technician to confirm your reading. Be aware, that there is a fee for this which will be added to your final bill.
