Direct Debit automatically deducts your payments from your bank account 3 business days before the due date - you'll never miss a payment. You'll still receive your bill, but we will deduct your outstanding balance.
*Please note that your Direct Debit must be set up at least 8 business days before your invoice due date to ensure timely processing. If set up after this timeframe, the payment will only be processed via Direct Debit in the following billing cycle. In the meantime, you may wish to make payment using an alternative method.
